Shipping policy

We ship Kazookaa orders across India from our own packing unit in Birkoni, Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh.

Shipping charges

• Courier and packaging are charged at ₹150 per kg of total parcel weight, rounded up to the next kg (for example, a 1.4 kg parcel is charged ₹300).
• The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders above 25 kg, bulk orders and multi-address corporate gift orders are quoted separately. WhatsApp us on +91 97527 49711.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Personalised and branded gift boxes are dispatched on the date we confirm with you.
• You will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Delivery issues

• Please check the parcel at delivery. If the outer box is damaged or tampered with, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours with photos.
• If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because no one was available, re-shipping is charged again.
